PR & Partnership Coordinator

As the partnerships coordinator you will build key strategic partnerships that will align with our brands and solidify our position in relevant communities.

  • Partnership Management - Research, assess, and manage high level partnership opportunities and industry relationships. Coordinate partnership agreements, logistics, paperwork, and incoming deliverables.

  • Public Relations – Create, manage, and maintain relationships with media partners and sharing press releases regarding company news.

  • Content Management and Production - Coordinate content production and manage content files externally and internally.

  • Ambassador Program Development - Manage and develop the new Ambassador Program. This includes managing incoming applicants, selecting the best to move forward, creating profiles, sharing results with the marketing team, and accepting top applicants. Develop and implement a pro deal offer/structure for high-level Ambassadors that bring value to the brand and community.

  • Creative design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite + Analytics

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Associate (Preferred)

  • Marketing and Communications: 3 years (Required)

  • Brand Development: 2 years (Required)

  • Project management: 2 years (Required)
