Marketing Manager

As we take our business into the next 50 years, we have identified the need to focus on telling our story and connecting with our customers. As the marketing manager, you will build the company’s brand and reputation within the marketplace.

  • Project management – Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, effective planning, and communication with team and contractors.

  • Planning and Strategy – Responsible for managing the budget and providing input and direction to strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Communication - Collaborate with CEO, AM team, and external contractors to clarify specific requirements in a consistent structured basis while ensuring open lines of communication to maintain success.

  • Campaign Management - Select aligned and high-level advertising opportunities to maximize brand exposure. Responsible for coordinating campaigns, content, graphics, tracking results, in accordance to department goals

  • Brand Management - Through creative content: Ensuring content quality standards across our marketing department and related projects.

  • Website Management – work with our team members and contractors to create the best digital experience while tracking and managing performance of all aspects within the website.

  • Performance Management – Build and develop our marketing team through effective leadership and ensure specific objectives and goals are met.

  • Advanced time management and analytical skills

  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion

  • Strong understanding of modern project management methodologies

  • Creative design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management applications

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • SEO best practices

  • Associate (Preferred)

  • Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Required)

  • Marketing and Communications: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Project management: 5 years (Required)

  • Media relations and buying

  • Brand Development

  • Team management
